Ana Lisa can not guarantee connection with a specific person or that specific information you want will come through during a reading.

Payment is expected upon agreement of scheduled appointment. All payments are accepted via PayPal (no PayPal account required to make a payment.) Services will not be rendered until payment has been received. If you have to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please do so 24 hours before scheduled appointment time, failure to do so will result in a $50 non-refundable fee. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, Ana Lisa will happily refund your money in full, no questions asked. Once reading or space clearing begins, no refunds will be given. Once services are rendered, no refunds will be given.
Ana Lisa has no control and will not be responsible for disruptions during consultations do to powers beyond her control including but not limited to weather related complications or internet complications. Ana Lisa will do everything in her power to make sure the services are rendered at the scheduled time.
